Hallo liebe Photoshopgemeinde,

da ich gerne die neuste Version von PS ausprobieren wollte, habe ich mir die Testversion von der Adobe-Seite runtergeladen.
Entpacken und öffnen waren kein Problem. Nach der Akzeptierung der Lizenzbestimmung, der Angabe zur Testversion und dem festlegen des Speicherortes ging es mit der Installation los. Nach etwa 10% beendet sich der Setup von alleine und ich bekam folgende Fehlermeldung:



Klicke ich dort nun auf "Problembehebung" kommt dieses Fenster:



Zuerst dachte ich, es liegt vllt an einem Fehler beim downloaden. Deswegen habe ich das gleiche noch einmal versucht. Zuvor habe ich alle aktiven Prozesse (sofern die von MS nicht gebraucht wurden) deaktiviert und habe mein Kaspersky ausgeschalten. Leider kam wieder diese Fehlermeldung.

Zu guter Letzt habe ich die 10%, die schon "installiert" waren mit Revo Uninstaller deinstalliert und nach einen Neustart mit dem CCleaner alles gesäubert. Hat aber nichts genützt.

Der Support von Adobe konnte mir auch nicht weiter helfen, sie sagten, die Lösung stände in der PDF die mit dabei ist - leider finde ich dort nichts (vllt bin ich auch nur blind wie ein Maulwurf )


Ich benutze einen Windows 7 64-bit Betriebssystem mit einem Intel core i3 CPU und 4,0 GB RAM.

Ich hoffe ihr habt eine Lösung für mein Problem x].

Hallo, ich habe mir die Master als Demo DVD zum Testen geholt und istalliert und hatte keinerlei Probleme. Am Anfang stürzte zwar Photoshop ab, aber nachdem ich den Grafikkartentreiber aktualisiert hatte, ging alles problemlos.

Vielleicht könntest du bei der Install-Ausführung mal angeben als Admin ausführen. Kann vielleicht sein, dass es daren liegen könnte. Also bei mir läuft es unter Windos7 64bit Problemlos

Das habe ich auch schon versucht, selbst ein neues Benutzerkonto mit Admin-Eigenschaften habe ich erstellt und versucht das zu installieren - leider mit den gleichen Ergebnissen :/

Könnte es vllt Konflikte mit dem bereits installieren PS CS4 geben?

Nein - CS5 installiert sich brav neben CS4.

Hm, und was könnte ich jetzt bezüglich meines Problems machen :'(?

Habe nun nach langen googeln auch eine Seite vom Forum von Adobe gesehen. Leider hilft mir mein Schulenglisch nicht bei den ganzen Vokabeln weiter. Adobe Forums: Exit Code: 6, Ps Cs5 trial install.

Schau mal nach dem installer log und such nach "return value 3"
In der Zeile darüber sollte eine Fehlernummer stehen.

Sonderzeichen im Windows-Benutzernamen haben bei Adobe Installationen auch schon schwierigkeiten gemacht btw.

Sonderzeichen im Windows-Benutzernamen haben bei Adobe Installationen auch schon schwierigkeiten gemacht btw.

Wo finde ich diese installer log und die dazugehörige "return value 3"? (sry, doofe Frage ^^ aber ist ja schon spät am Abend)

Sonderzeichen sind im Benutzernamen keine vorhanden - also kann's daran schon mal nicht liegen. Außerdem hab ich ja schon CS4 drauf ^^ und da lief es ohne Zwischenfälle

Ich nehme an, dass du schon google und die Adobe Website inzwischen nach 1402 befragt hast? Gut. Dann muss ich dir ja nichtmehr sagen, was die Adobe Webseite dazu sagt und kann davon ausgehen, dass du die empfohlenen Schritte durchgeführt hast.

Aber mir schwant, dass da mit Windows irgendwas nicht ganz ok is.
UNKNOWN is nämlich schonmal ein komischer Registrypfad wie ich finde.

Ich hatte auch etliche Fehlermeldungen während der Testinstallation - ich hatte die Set-up Datei über das Netz mit //client/Adobe/CS5/Set-Up.exe gestartet...

dann habe ich das ganze nochmal lokal gestartet mit E:\Adobe\CS5\Set-Up.exe und schon waren alle Probleme weg. Nun habe ich noch 27 Testtage ....

Oje, das hört sich nicht gut an xD. Ich hab den Laptop grad mal 3 Monate und dann schon ein Windows-Fehler ? ...

Mein Problem hat sich nun erledigt . Ich habe diesen Tipp befolgt: Generelllösung für Installation-Fehler:1402 ERROR:1402 unter Windows 7/Vista x86/x64 - Forum - CHIP Online und mir die Master Collection von Adobe runtergeladen. Nun kann ich PS installieren und es kommt keine Fehlermeldung mehr.
